Refund Cancellation

At School Tech, we strive to provide high-quality School ERP solutions and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled. Please review it carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.


1. Subscription and Payment

  • Users must pay for the selected subscription plan as per the agreed terms.
  • Payment can be made via the available methods on our platform (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to support@schooltech.cloud.
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.

b. Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the services until the end of the current billing period.
  • No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused time during the billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

  • Failure to deliver services as promised due to issues directly caused by School Tech.
  • Erroneous charges or duplicate payments made by the user.
  • Cancellation requests made within the applicable money-back guarantee period (if offered).

b. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons unrelated to service functionality or performance.
  • Failure to use the services within the subscription period.
  • Breach of terms and conditions resulting in account suspension or termination.

c. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, users must submit a written request to support@schooltech.cloud with relevant details, including proof of payment.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10–15 business days of approval.

4. Service Upgrades and Downgrades

  • If a user upgrades to a higher subscription plan, the additional fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
  • Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.

5. Termination by School Tech

  • If School Tech terminates a user’s account due to a breach of terms, no refunds will be issued.
  • In cases where termination is due to reasons outside the user’s control, a prorated refund may be considered.

6. Amendments to This Policy

School Tech reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or on our website.
